We attended the Showmans Show 2023!
On the 18th & 19th October, Thomas’s Group were exhibiting at the Showmans Show @ the Newbury Showground.
With the RTX show in June being such a success, and also our joint interest in the Events Industry we decided to have a look at this event too.
The weather didn’t dampen our spirits, even though day one was a complete washout. Day two faired much better and the sun and footfall turned up for the day. However, when it came to packing away we had a bit of a nightmare as the previous days downpour had made the grassed area’s into a mud-pit and we needed towing off the pitch by the fantastic organisers who helped get us back on the hardstanding. Possibly need to book a hard surface for next year.
